What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you type: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the equipment you have and anything you add. If you text us a photo, we receive it through your own messaging app.

Why we collect it

To call you back, set the visit and write your price. We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

Our dispatchers and the technicians on your visit. Payment and scheduling providers we use see what they need to do their part.

Your choices

Call or email us to see, correct or delete what we hold. Calls to dispatch may be noted so we can send the right crew.
