Flora Dawkins started with one van and a dispatch phone she kept on the nightstand. Today there are two offices, a home crew and a refrigeration crew, and the phone still gets answered.
We split the work because the calls are different. A house with no AC and a kitchen with a warm walk-in need different questions, different parts and a different sense of how much time there is.
