Nights and weekends
Who answers at night, and what it costs
Dispatch answers both lines all night. After hours, an on-call crew goes out based on capacity, and summer nights can run behind.
Nights and weekends carry an after-hours fee. Dispatch tells you the amount and the arrival time on the phone, and no truck rolls until you say yes.

Someone is ill from the heat
Dizziness, confusion or fainting is a medical emergency. Call 911, then call us.
Smoke or a burning smell from a unit
Turn the system off at the breaker if it is safe to reach it, leave, and call 911 if you see flames.
Water near electrical panels
Stay out of standing water. Call an electrician or 911 first.
Night-call questions
Is there really someone on the phone at 3 a.m.?
Yes. Dispatch answers every call, all night, on both lines.
What if it is a heat wave and everyone is calling?
Times stretch. Dispatch tells you the real arrival time, and if it is too long we tell you what to do while you wait.
Do you fix it that night?
When the part is on the truck, yes. When it is not, we make the system safe if we can and tell you when the part arrives.
Call the line that fits
